April Favorites: What I’m loving right now

How is it already May?! This year is just flying by so fast I can’t believe it. April was a whirlwind month filled with lots of work and some fun adventures, including two weekend trips to Orlando (aka one of my favorite cities ever!)

I discovered a lot of new favorite things this past month, including the best shirts ever and the perfect wine for girls’ night! Here are a few things I’m loving right now:

Old Navy Boyfriend Tees

If you’re looking for the perfect t-shirt, look no further! The Old Navy Boyfriend Tees are THE perfect shirts ever. They’re slouchy without being baggy and they’re the perfect fit. Their boyfriend tees literally go with everything. You can keep it casual with the shirt, leggings and flip flops (aka my unofficial uniform) or you can dress it up with a cute pair of jeans and chunky heels. Go out and get one in every color.

Sunshine State White Sangria

Y’all, this wine is everything I’ve ever wanted in a wine and more. I first had the Sunshine State White Sangria from the Island Grove Wine Company in Hawthorne, Florida last year at the Gateway City Beer and Wine Festival, a local event here in Lake City. It was love at first sip and I used all my drink tickets refilling my glass with the sweet pineapple wine flavored with mango and peach. I finally found it at a local grocery store, but don’t worry, Island Grove sells their wine online! Grab yourself a bottle.

Midnight Blue Citrus Candle

Bath & Body Works never disappoints. One of their latest scents, Midnight Blue Citrus, smells just like the Anthropology Capri Blue candle but for a much cheaper price. It’s my new favorite scent, plus the new candles are so aesthetically pleasing they look perfect anywhere.

Acai Bowls

I know, I know; I’m super late to the acai bowl party. But give me a break, Lake City doesn’t have anywhere to get acai bowls (hopefully that changes soon!) I had my first ever acai bowls last week at Juice’d while I was in Orlando. The cold, creamy smoothie bowl was topped with coconut shavings, granola, strawberries and bananas and it was heavenly! It definitely won’t be my last.
